STAYING FIT FOR FREE

Now that blowing off some steam and pumping iron have been temporarily eradicated from our daily activities, gyms across the world are uniting to keep us fit and sane while staying inside.

Grab a yoga mat, put on your spandex shorts and get moving to any of these free fitness programs while you still have the chance!

Peloton:

The latest upscale fitness craze just made itself a little more accessible. Usually, you’d need to own one of their top-of-the-line bikes to gain access to their class calendar. But with the craze of Corona in full swing, Peloton is allowing new members to sign up for a complimentary 90-day trial which gives them full access to their cycling classes, plus courses in weight training and running.

Planet Fitness:

The cheapest gym in America just got cheaper. Planet Fitness is offering free daily workouts every day at 7 PM on their Facebook page. The videos were streamed-at-home and are for easy workouts you can do with minimal equipment.

Barry’s Bootcamp:

For a shorter session and one that comes earlier in the day, check out Barry’s Bootcamp on Instagram. They’re live streaming 2x a day with 20 minute workouts on their story. The exact streaming times will vary, so keep your eye on their page.

PopSugar:

Yep, the celebrity gossip website also has an app with work-outs…who knew? Download the “Active by PopSugar” app for an instant arsenal of hundreds of workouts you can do from anywhere.

Orangetheory Fitness:

Make an account with the famous orange gym, free of charge. They’re also offering daily workouts you can tune into at any time using their app, and most of them don’t require much equipment.

Rumble:

Another daily option on Instagram, check out Rumble’s cardio intensive and weight training workouts that capitalize on your body weight. No equipment needed makes these a no brainer.
